LUCIE Clive Niles spent more than three decades as a special patrolman in New York before bringing his skills to the Port St. Lucie Police Department. Monique Delgado, 54, of the 7400 block of Oriole Avenue, Chicago, was arrested Feb. 10 for battery after getting into an argument at a poker cafe on the 7300 block of Harlem Avenue, police said. Police did not state if any additional tickets were given to him. Jack Ishaq, 36, of the 4700 block of Keeney Street, Skokie, was arrested Feb. 9 for driving on a suspended drivers license on the 8000 block of Milwaukee Avenue, police said. Alvaro Cardena-Hernandez, 38, of the 800 block of Piper Lane, Prospect Heights, was arrested Feb. 12 for driving without a license and texting and driving on the 8300 block of Milwaukee Avenue, police said.
